Review Tips and Comments
It’s important to remember that while reviews generally give excellent first-hand information, they are often not statistically representative of the entire consumer population. Nonetheless, because the reviews are candid and without financial remuneration or motivation, they are often viewed as the most realistic endorsements and evaluations available in the marketplace.
Review reviews can be circumstantial, and reviewer assessments may not apply across the board. In some cases, reviewers could rate a VoIP service provider as low quality while not acknowledging that their own lack of broadband connectivity is the real culprit for their phone service experience. Similarly, somebody praising a particular solution providing relative measurement may have an infrastructure above the norm.
Fortunately, most reviews are honest and contain information that VoIP buyers and users find useful. We take the time to periodically review the reviews and eliminate those which appear overly biased or maybe bogus reviews written by vested parties. We also try to eliminate duplicate reviews, inflammatory reviews, and those with very questionable and unsupportable claims. Your help in identifying these reviews is appreciated.
